Spending most of my social media time in fandoms where there's either not much shipping going on cuz the cast isn't really shippable or because I like the characters but like just am not too into the ships like idk they're cool ig they don't excite me or anything made me forget that like, I do somewhat enjoy shipping. Actually I'm a huge Kyoka x Choco shipper. HUGE KyoSaya fan. Hananene? Aoinene? Mitsukou? YESSSS! (Aoikane is fine ig) Love Sumire and Hakubo's dynamic they are so dark and twisted like yeah they shouldn't be together and if it were real life that'd be like: omg ew no. But like this is fiction where we explore and discuss that stuff in an attempt to understand society and people and whatnot ya know?? Kyoru? Yuki x Machi? Huge into those. Lowkey Hanajima and Utotani are just friends to me but they had way more chemistry than the men they ended up with lowkey. Saeko and Yuria. SAEKO AND YURIA MAKE ME SICK/POS (haven't caught up yet no spoilers).

But like I've been really enjoying the fluff and angst of like friendship and platonic love dynamics. Platonic Kyomami, Platonic funny bunny, Ragatha and Kinger, astragedy is cool ig, Shiva and Teacher is the best platonic fluff angst dynamic like there's no arguments that I can accept there. Takopi and Shizuka are super interesting as friends. Takopi and MARINA holy crud their dynamic might be a little slept on? I LOVE Kyoko and Madoka's friendship dynamic. SO MUCH. Yuina and Azu's dynamic. Yuanee and Mai's toxic friendship. One-sided Madohomu?? Guys!!! Amanda and Wooly?! AMANDA AND WOOLY GUYS THEIR DYNAMIC! AMANDA AND WOOLY- Ollie and the rest of the Ollie the Owl cast. Rambley and his friends? Madoka and Sayaka? HOMURA AND KYOKO'S DYNAMIC IS SLEPT ON. And then there's the Demon King and Princess Syalis's besties dynamic awwwwwck I live them!

But like idk relationships in fiction are so interesting to me and this was an excuse to share that ig? Idk what the point of this was actually.

Okay, something that always gets to me about Error Save File is Abandoned is how all the characters stayed in their respective places waiting for the player ALONE all those years. Letting loneliness, resentment, boredom, fear, anger, and despair all of those emotions just sit there and fester and grow for all that time to the point where it broke the game. But they COULD leave their zones and go see each other it was possible but they were certain the player would come back any moment and they needed to be in their places when that happened so they didn't. At least they all (well except the one from the lost level we never get to see) got to be together one last time but like-

This fate could've been avoided if they simply reached out to one another and spent that lonely time together. At the very least it could've been... easier for them to get through. And seeing how in the end the game could not truly be saved... I think that gives this game an interesting message, I mean the message is told to us too but this adds to the message of the importance of connection and treasuring the time you have with people. Had they only stuck together and supported each other they might have at least lasted a little longer or at least as I said before made it more bearable. But no. They didn't. And it adds so much more to the story that way.
