Sudden thoughts at 2:27am…

Kon putting headphones on Tim to muffle whatever drivel Damian be espousing in his quite frankly extremely insecure way…at the dining table…🤣 (takes place after bruciequest…awkward dinner when bruce returns and they hold a sort of fam dinner…jason at the table trying not to laugh…) bruce being like 🙃so what have i missed…kontim in the corner being all lovey dovey LOL

was just thinking bruh this kid really can’t restrain his mouth😤what’s the best way to deal the most psychic dmg to tht…its ignoring him lmao

Fr im literally always straddling between ultimate dami hater tm and omg poor bb…honestly most of it probs stems from the fact tht my first foray into dc was injustice lmao and also his silver card version in injustice mobile is just kinda ugly with the long hair😭bro really needs to get better writers and stop w the whole directing his own hurt onto others…but i think thts part of his chara lmao hes always so…🫠🫠🫠

Also again, co-dependent tim and kon to the pt tht when that one kon death occurs tim refuses to believe that kon is really gone…tim smelling kon’s scent and being buried in the bed for so long…not computing or caring abt damian’s threats cos legit hes just so dead inside…very obsessive…cloning attempts…

Trust broken…the “delusion” that they were really trusted family broken…tim not having it with dick trying to reconcile w him while justifying his own dami favouring actions…damian be like why dont you just go away…and when tim really does, damian getting a wait what…jason (the one good bro) being like “gurl take a break from this drama…im actively swimming away from this too” …bruce trying too late to be a good parent (he’s already lost that after the 16th bday thing) and tim being like “ew…get ur bad parent cooties away from me…” bruce:🥲😢but…(regrets are easy but reversing them are not…esp when u have repeatedly dealt tht “overprotective but not saying tht u care for them” thing with ur children, esp with ur middle child)

All of it culminating in farm life…🥰🥰fr also cos i cant really think of a good happy ending now and also cos i think itll be cute for them huhu

Day 4: Collection [Ray Appreciation Week]

Fandom: Ikemen Revolution Pairing: Ray Blackwell x Anastacia Stryvard (OC) Word Count: 728 words Warning: None. Summary: Collecting things is an act of collecting memories as well. A/N: Day 4! I have somehow managed to write for 4 consecutive days--let’s just not question how long it can take me! This one was the fastest to write so far from all of my entries, so let’s hope I can keep this up~ Tagging @ikerev-appreciation

There was a short knock on the office door. Anastacia entered the room with their two year old daughter in tow. She immediately ran across the room, making her way beside him as he reached to ruffle his daughter’s hair. “Hi Ray.”

“Hey.” he looked up at her, noticing the slight furrow on her forehead. “Is something wrong?”

She shook her head, approaching him as well in a few steps. “I was just wondering if I can leave Emma with you for a couple of hours. There’s something I have to buy in the Central Quarter and I’m worried I might lose track of her in the crowd.”

It was a weekend, which meant the Saturday market would be open near the Civic Hall. It did tend to get a bit crowded, especially at this time of the day. “Of course. I’ll keep an eye on her until you come back.”

She smiled and thanked him, giving him a sweet kiss before heading out. Anastacia had also left a basket full of toys for her, since she knew he would be working on a few papers. For some reason, none of them seemed to hold her interest for long, pulling out every single toy inside. “Papa!”

Ray looked up at her sitting in the middle of the office, various stuffed animals scattered around her. It was a mystery how she wasn’t entertained--and it hadn’t even been an hour since his wife left.

He got up from his chair and approached her, leaning down to scoop her up in his arms. “What’s wrong, my little angel?”

The pout on her face was his telltale sign. She was about to get fussy and he wasn’t sure what he could do to ease her when she started.

No need to panic, he can handle this. He was the King of Spades, for goodness sake! He’s commanded soldiers and won battles numerous times. Though it would have been easier if Anastacia was with him, since she would somehow be able to magically calm her down, no matter what stage of crying she was in...

It was a stretch, but he could give it a shot. “Hey Emma,” he spoke softly, cradling her to his chest. “do you want to see Mama?”

Her yellow eyes grew big, her little fingers clutched on the front of his shirt. “Mama?”

They left the room together, leaving the flurry of rainbow animals behind. He headed to their bedroom, taking a relatively thick book from the shelf before settling on the bed. She looked puzzled, glancing back at him and the book.

Anastacia rushed into headquarters, her feet jumping up the stairs. She didn’t mean to take long, but she had come across her mother in the middle of shopping as she was heading back. They had gotten into quite a conversation, losing track of time before she had been let go. She first came into the office, finding no one inside except for the colorful mess of toys.

Walking further down the hallway, she reached their shared room. This had been Ray’s room before, but they opted to come together, since she wanted to use her old room as Emma’s future place. Nudging the slightly opened door, she stopped to take in the sight that greeted her.

Ray had fallen asleep propped up against the headboard. In his arms was their sweet little Emma, snoozing just like her father.

Noticing the book on his lap, she carefully took it from him. Inside was a collection of polaroid photos full of their memories. She remembered when he had first given it to her before their wedding day, promising to each other that they would keep adding photos to fill it up.

An idea came to her. Placing the book on the nightstand, she took her instant camera from the drawer and snapped a photo of them.

“Ngh.. Anastacia..?” Ray gently stirred awake, his half lidded eyes looking at her.

“Sorry for waking you. I wanted to take a picture of the two of you together to add to our book.”

“Did you at least get my good side?” “What do you mean? Every side is your good side.” Anastacia smiled at him as she left the film in between the pages to let it develop, satisfied to be able to add another piece to their growing collection
