He’s standing outside his restaurant in the light drizzle of rain — it’s a slow hour. Staring at the menu nailed up on the wall. It all seems to be in order...  It was neatly written out in chalk by his very thorough manager. But...    “Does this word look misspelled...?” He’s speaking to no one in particular, just thinking aloud. The word is ‘Rotisserie’ , and it’s spelled just fine. But Bennie’s still not sure. He frowns, brow furrowed in deep concentration.
