So I was tagged to do this by @eshtiel a few days ago and I've been trying to pic just 5 fics since then. I've been failing sooooo hard. I finally narrowed it down to 8 out of 29 ...i figured I could get away with it because 6 of them are short fics (Counting Freckles isn’t even 1500 words

I want to know what their definition of “virtually ignored” is because honestly I don’t think your fics are ignored at all.

Ooh, yeah. Also a good point. I mean, there's a vast range in what I consider my "virtually ignored" stories to be and my most popular. Because one of my fics has a Spiders Georg number of hits, how am I supposed to look at my own story that has fewer than 250 hits?

To a well known and popular writer, getting 1000 hits might seem "virtually ignored," while to other writers that might seem like a HUGE amount of attention. I think it's a matter of perspective.

Aww man, that sucks. Feel better.

Thanks guys.  I’m still feeling relatively awful, but at least I slept.  Took the Spouse to work, got all the garbage and the mountain of recycling out to the curb (we’re still trying to deal with the boxes from moving and buying new furniture) and caught up on my dash while trying to warm up.  I think I’m gonna go fall back into bed for a few hours and see if a nap helps matters.
