Family dynamics in my au :3c !!

joey and shubble are siblings, both of them are adopted

shubbles bio parents went missing when she was still a baby but before they did she got placed on her current parents door step (fairytale ahh backstory) she got adopted when she was around 2 years old

joey got adopted when he was like 14, finishing 7th grade

their parents are kind people, they try to make their lives as comfortable as possible, try to be present when theyre needed although sometimes they cant because they're incredibly busy with work, they used to move around a lot up until moving to the town they're currently in where the story takes place

joey loves picking on and teasing shubble but one time when somebody talked shit about her, he scared them so much they were afraid to be near both of the them, this mans not fucking around when it comes to actually hurting his siblings feelings. these two care so much about each other if one of them is going through it the other one is aswell, theyve spent an embarrassing amount of time laying on the floor crying eating ice cream together.

xornoth and scott are brothers (duh) born a year apart, living in the same town

ever since they were born, their parents are pretty rich and help with hosting events in the neighborhood, sometimes even host them themselves. their parents have the type of "they should be divorced but they arent" dynamic. as hard as they can try to be good people they fail, just because you want good for others doesnt mean youre succeeding at doing good. theyre the type of religious that visit church every week and pray every night. scott and xornoth used to be really close but as they got older they grew apart, they used to have playful banter which in time turned to arguing to just trying to avoid one another.

sausage grew up in a cult the parents of his bio parents joined

dont have detailed lore and dont want to make detailed lore about said cult (updated note, i do have some stuff about the cult now)

he managed to escape with his bio mom somewhere at the age of 9, got into a foster family at 10 and ended up being for realisies adopted in at 13 by pearls parents, they are so sibling coded + totally didnt steal this idea from @/justalilpearlie (the idea that theyre not biological siblings/cousins)

pearl lived with her extended family at the country side, living a busy farm life but ended up moving with her parents to a small town when she was 10, her parents have a garden they grow crops in to sell to the other people in town as a little side job, her parents love her a lot but they can seem very distant and are just really busy with their jobs. theyre pretty strict too, she sometimes gets yelled at for things she didnt do or couldnt have prevented but they try to make up for those moments

gem and fwhip are twins, born just a couple hours apart, they always lived in this town. their parents are pretty known around here since they contribute a lot, both aesthetically and also technologically, their mother is an inventor and their father is a landscaper. their parents were super supportive when gem came out to them, a little confused but supportive. theyre busy people and they struggle to find time or remember to find time for their children . fwhip is like a stereotypical younger brother despite being just a few hours younger, he thrives off of seeing people get frustrated over stupid pointless arguments, pretending to be stupid around people who know hes smarter than he lets on is even funnier for him. under all that silliness and mischief he is a very caring brother, he'd pretend that hes the one thats done something if it means gem wont get punished for it. their dynamic is funny, full of playful banter but they both really care about each other, when fwhip gets into an argument with jimmy over fish gems there to back him up, when somebody picks on gem for something fwhips ready to throw hands. (their dynamic is inspired by @/justalilpearlie stealin from em again /silly )(incase u see this, your family dynamics are goated)

jimmy, lizzie and grian are all siblings

jimmys the youngest, grians the middle child and lizzies the oldest

lizzie and grian are a year apart, grian and jimmy are almost 2 years apart since jimmy was born a year after grian but in the later half of it (december)

they didnt live in the town at first but they moved a bit before jimmy started 4th grade. their parents are divorced and they live with their mother whos a marine biologist, they dont really go to visit their father unless its for holidays. their parents are on semi good terms, theyre not besties but they dont hold grudges. they have pets, grians parrot and jimmys fish. all three of them can get really chaotic when paired together, despite lizzie and grian being smarter than jimmy theyre still not the smartest they still manage to do really stupid things. the amount of stuff they broke together should be a Guinness record, especially as children, they were so full of energy they could stay up all night if it wasnt for their parents getting upset with them for pulling all nighters and being loud. picking on each other in families truly is a curse in this au, they can be ruthless while arguing or pranking one another. they still have each others backs in some situations though, whether its someone getting picked on at school, fights, arguments or competitions they'll always root for each other.

katherine, only child that moved with her parents to the town not long before going to highschool. her mothers a nurse and her fathers a forensic scientist. theyre protective of her but not overprotective, even though they dont spend that much time at home they try their best to be there for her when she needs them. theyre part of the school parent council and contribute a lot to the school

joel is also an only child, he always lived in this town. his parents are a bit over protective of him because of how much he used to get hurt as a child, they used to have to put him in those child leashes so he doesnt wander off somewhere. theyre pretty strict about when, for how long and with who he goes out with because theyre worried he'll get in trouble. one of his parents is a janitor in the school and constantly subjected to hearing teachers complain about him and his stupid glasses, they dont even know where they keep coming from. hes sometimes annoyed with how protective they are of him and how much they worry but he loves them either way.

pix, the only one with really religious parents that he actually shares beliefs with, whos parents arent complete assholes. theyre one of the richest families in the neighborhood, host a lot of events and help with hosting a lot of events. his parents are engineers. his extended family visits them a lot and they visit their extended family aswell. his parents have trust in him being responsible so they dont mind leaving him in the house for longer periods of time when they go on business trips. theyre a bit distant when it comes to him but they care about him

Like obviously the actual reason for him not carrying on the server was because he was busy with his survival guide series

But outside of that, where did he go?

He just vanished, we never find out what happened and no one ever acknowledged it. What happened to his empire? We're his people self-sufficient enough to not descend into anarchy? Did someone else rise to power? Did the people of Pixandria organise themselves in his absence? Did he leave on his own accord? Did he plan to return? To come home? Did he tell anyone if he was going?

Is there anyone in the world who knows where he is?
