Been watching Empires s2 again and imagining an AU where bf!Nom ends up in Chromia with Esmp!Scott

Maybe when he died, he didn't fully die and instead got transported into another world. But the world wasn't his own.

He was more confused when he meets the ruler, the man with blue hair and heterochromia, who sounds awfully like a mage he knows back home but he looks completely different to him.

Scott was definitely curious on the knight who appeared in his kingdom, assuming he's a lost traveller and offers him a place to stay in Chromia temporarily until he can gather his bearings and leave when he wants to.

And Nom stays. Maybe its from curiosity of the strange world, or from the draw of the brightly coloured ruler, but something compelled him to stay. Slowly he integrates himself into Chromia, becoming a sort of advisor for Scott.

They have a similar relationship to the one he had at home with his other Scott, they confided in each other often. Scott tells him about his travels, his cursed eye and whatever else plagues him. Nom tells him about home, his siblings, the war. But this scott was different. Sure, he was brighter and more sociable. He was a flirt too, which was very bad for Nom. The ruler also seemed to have a lot of masks that never fell.

I just think it'll be fun to introduce bannerfall characters, one who knows bf!scott to other versions of scott who is very different from him
