in my brain gods are immortal but they only grow larger and larger as they get older and more powerful, so joel as a slightly powerful but very new god is suddenly 11 feet tall and very much feeling himself. very much lording it over everyone around him, oh look how tall and handsome and cool i am

so a little while into the season joel has to get prismarine (cause after all the shit with the stratos sphere there's no way he's buying it from pirate joe) and he's swimming out to an ocean monument and he sees a shadow in the water below him

which turns into a shadow above him

and joel realizes in that moment: if he's gotten this much taller in just a few months....... how large could a god become after a thousand years?

(meanwhile jimmy wakes up basically just to meet this fledgling god. this turns into sex i think)
