Your art style reminds me of graffiti in a way... It's very pronounced? Idk how to describe that part. But I love your characters and your fan art and all of it. I came for the NDU- long time ago- and stayed for your OCs and Daft Punk ladies.
Oh wow! Thank you for sticking around with me for so long haha! But man that’s so interesting thank you, i’ve never had someone compare my art to graffiti that’s super cool!
Have a fic of Proto and Piki being excruciatingly cute. (Despite the name it is SFW, I apologize.)
------------------------------
For all that Proto was ostensibly somehow a part of the Black family (what bizarre branch of the family tree he sprouted from, Piki still had no idea), it was rare indeed for the lanky man to be invited to the family get-togethers. For reasons which were no surprise to anyone.
All the same, most of the time he seemed to have a second sense about such things and showed up anyway, smiling and seeming to dare someone to try to tell him to shove off. For most of Piki's adolescence, he'd found the flaunting presence of his cousin, so different from the rest of the family, to be grating and an affront to the values that their family upheld.
Now, though, he had a slightly different perspective.
This was much more fun than stiff, backhanded conversation and brown-nosing anyway.
"Proto! Proto, come on," Piki cajoled, yanking Proto down a hallway by his sleeve.
"So eager," Proto murmured, allowing himself to be dragged away from the light and sound of the party. "What is it, are you looking to defile your childhood home now?"
"Proto!" Piki exclaimed, scandalized, lightly slapping Proto's hand. "Don't be filthy."
"I thought that was what you kept me around for."
"Well, sometimes," Piki admitted with a smirk. "Maybe later. But right now, I have plans!" He finally reached a door and threw it open, revealing a crisp autumn late afternoon, and a building detached from the main estate; the stables. "How would you try a different kind of ride?"
"Certainly."
Piki led the both of them into the stable, stopping to stroke the velvet nose of a black mare. "You've never been in here before, have you?" he asked.
"Well, this is the first time I've had something close to permission. And the first time I've been here to ride." Proto blinked as another night-black horse snorted at him, tossing its head.
"That's Onyx. She's Pitch's. This lady is Obsidian, and she's mine."
Proto smiled, eyes lidded. "Creative names."
Piki shot the other man a halfhearted glare. "We were young, when we got them," he muttered, by way of explanation.
"And this one?" Proto asked, moving down to a piebald gelding that thrust its nose into his hand, all but demanding attention.
"Pierrot. He seems to like you," Piki replied, as the horse lipped at Proto's hand and snuffled at his clothes. "And he's also looking for treats." Piki paused when Proto produced an apple from somewhere within the folds of his garish outfit. "...Did you know that I was planning this?"
Proto smiled at the other man while the horse snapped up the offering. "Should we be saddling up?" he asked.
Piki sighed and started pulling tack down off the walls. "Well, you probably already know this, so I don't know why I bother, but this is the saddle, the stirrups, the bit and the bridle and the reins," Piki explained, gesturing to the pieces in turn. "I'll get these on, shouldn't take too long."
"Do we need to use the reins?"
Piki paused in fastening a strap around Obsidian's middle. "Well, technically speaking there are horses that are trained to operate under direction only from knee and heel movements, for equine acrobatics and whatnot, but we don't have any here."
"Are there spoken commands that could be used?"
"They're horses, Proto. They don't speak english," Piki replied, raising an eyebrow.
"Hmn." Proto went back to petting the gelding.
Once everything was geared up, Piki led both of the steeds out of the stable and mounted up before looking at Proto expectantly. The lanky man blinked and managed to clamber up onto the back of the piebald horse.
Proto looked so awkward, perched uncertainly on the saddle and holding the reins daintily in one hand. Piki assumed that this was yet another facade of the man and that he would lapse into his perpetual and infuriating competence shortly, so he turned to face forwards and kneed Obsidian into a trot along a well-worn path, counting on Pierrot following behind.
Instead, it took them all of one minute of trotting before Proto ended up pitching sideways off of his horse. Piki felt rather virtuous that he managed to check that the man was unharmed before dissolving into laughter.

Ooooooh I do really like that, very smooth, could definitely see Proto sounding like that too. Don't mind me I just have a weakness for really deep voices so that affected my choice for Proto.
