You are MISSING a very important part of this book if you can't accept all of that.

This isn't some sappy, fluffy love story...Peeta isn't perfect (which is why what happens to him is so essential - remember that whole 'monster that I'm not' thing?? YEAH), characters die. It's heartbreaking, but it's REAL.
