honestly I'm surprised that there hasn't been a gta clone set in atlanta. like, it's a car city. it's encircled by a perimeter highway, which could easily work as a method of islanding it (I mean, losing hartsfield-jackson would be a bad idea, but you could fudge it). it's diverse and weird. it's got like 3 different downtowns.

I guess the city isn't stereotyped enough.
