Btw, this is Jandir, 23 years old esper of Boitata. Fpr those who don't know Boitata is my favorite mythological creature from Brazil because: It is a giant, shimmering serpent with fiery eyes, capable of moving swiftly through forests and rivers. It is believed that anyone who looks directly into the creature's fiery eyes may go blind or insane. To escape, the recommendation is to remain completely still, without breathing, and with your eyes closed.
The design doesn't have anything to do with snake except for the flowing fabrics that I found from an Aboriginal fashion show, and the graphic designs that literally mean snake/serpent or have something related to snakes.
And the eyes. Beware the eyes.
Jandir works for the Shadow Decree but is actually a spy for the Esper Union, specially for Tang Xuan (Xuan mostly to check on his brother, Yun).

ULTIMATE "Eye Of The Beholder": Jandir uses his many eyes and attacks all enemys inflicting on 3 of them the effect "insanity" that makes the enemy, for the next 3 turns, to attack theyr allies and the effect "blinded" that makes the other 2.tp miss the attacks in the next turn.
You may remember Fable from an old post of mine where I they had almost the same design, but now that I’m 2 years older and have more of an understanding of what Dislyte is like, I kinda got carried away hehe-
Short descriptions under the cut!
Fable is still a bounty hunter of rogue Espers, meaning they get into many a conflict with powerful entities. They sympathize with a lot of them, but ultimately must stop them.
Shinju is a member of the Twilight Order, less direct than Yamato or Moroyama, and not as separated as Yuuhime, and more of a trusted independent. Being apart of a dangerous society, they are never spared of a hostile enemy.
Kaviir was previously untainted by the Miracles, a researcher studying how it could shift people to Espers, and what relationship they have with Miramon. Unfortunately, he tapped in too deep and explored where he shouldn’t… something in him changed alongside his exterior.
Santiago was more thrilled to become an Esper than most people. His physical strength was multiplied, he gained an affinity to fire, and his wrestling abilities became immortalized by Xiuhtecuhtli. He uses them for entertainment, now, while having to fight for real sometimes.
Makena left her home after being exposed to the Miracles, at fear of becoming a monster to them, and instead settling down somewhere else. At first wanting to hide, once she discovered the healing affinity she was granted now, she decided to become a wandering medic for Espers and Humans alike.
Dandapani is a respected Esper despite being a self proclaimed protector of Humans. Unfortunately, with this title, he’s considered a traitor to Espers, especially since he has to take some of them out to help protect those who can’t protect themselves. His ego, though, has left Humans to also distance from him.
Lucia is one of three sisters who became Espers, she herself being gifted with premonitions of death and defeat. More of a trickster than anything, she loves to just observe as bad things happen, all while a little too excited about them.
Adonis was a product of war and conflict, truly never having down time, especially when he became an Esper. He’s been with the Esper Union for a long time now, and despite his combat focused drive, he does long for affection and the idea of settling down.
Kekoa is your standard guardian Esper, helping people at sea but also the Union, with food, good vibes, and muscle! He’s always been a… not too bright guy, but at least now he’s focused on helping!
Yuriko became an Esper with her sister after a Miracle ascended near their home town, losing her humanity in the process as well as her sister. She’s extremely nice and a valuable asset to have, but she’s so focused on saving her sister that sometimes she can lose track.
I’ve made so many Espers now and I’m having so much fun!! I have ideas for more but I’m trying to slow down now~

Misaka drain; 1 of the Sisters, but she's defective... instead of "radio static" her esper 'power' is "dead air" a very much weaker version of "radio static" in which Misaka drain can't produce her own electricity (beyond what is needed for a human to live, obviously), but she instead has a much greater ability to drain electricity from power sources, and yes, if she's drained power she can fire it back out, her persona also changes to be more amped-up and combative the more power she's drained.. she's like an electric vampire! not surprising that her esper level is 0. also she wears rubber gloves when using her gekota phone "i.. don't.. want.. to.. kill.. the.. battery...". how much of Misaka Drain's personality is learned helplessness and internalized ableism mixed into the base Misaka personality? who knows! She loves CRT TVs. Why? “They… hum… nicely… when… I’m.. full.”
...obviously this leaves her rather lethargic and lazy, some other the sisters even calling her a bum.. but if she can get her hands on 1 of them she can drain them dry. Mostly she tends to herself, is generally apathetic to most things, and doesn't really care about trying to act tough, she practically lives in a tracksuit (it's comfy). Shokuho and Misaka Drain are equal in 2 ways; being very out-of-shape, and being dependent on others to do the fighting (granted for VERY different reasons, but both Mental Out and Dead Air aren't very directly useful in a 1v1 fight)

Misaka, and the sister network, 'see' Misaka Drain as an utter void with their electric-radar. no, she isn't invisible, she's void, Misaka Drain's "Dead Air" esper power sucks away the projected electric field of detecting! she's VERY noticeable, but is anti-visible!
what strange physics could Misaka Drain do with Dead Air? like sure she could, given enough prep-time, do anything the Misakas can do, but i mean what can she do with her voiding of electricity and functionally infinite resistance to voltage? physics is weird. hypothetically if Kihara Gensei were to, hypothetically, try to elevate Misaka the Drain into a level 6 esper, she would likely collapse into a blackhole if the evolution into physical science godhood isn't stopped!
also if Last Order were to command Drain to do anything said command would only be the words and none of the power, Drain drains the power away; or in other words Last Order would have to convince Drain to do something rather than just commanding her to do something.

when Misaka drain discovered about "Holistic Espers", aka espers caused/created by a macroscopic change rippling down on a microscopic level. Something then clicking in her head, she then turned her head up to the sky as she said/screamed "A.. QUESTION.. TO.. GOD, WHY?!?!?!"
Okay so I finally got around to making Hitomi’s reference sheet (click for quality) so I can post it here. Also hi! I haven’t been “marketing” this blog a lot but basically my idea was to create a blog where Mob Psycho 100 fans can submit their mp100 ocs to a sort of “oc hub” and you can draw other people’s ocs if they’ve submitted them here too. You don’t have to be nearly as detailed as I was here for your own ref sheets, of course.
Anyway here’s Hitomi! I made her for a one-shot on my ao3 and then got attached to her and gave her more of a backstory. And then more backstory. And then a story involving her interacting with the Spirits and Such gang. And well...yeah it just keeps on going. My main is @birbliophile, in case you’re wondering.

BACKSTORY:
Having awakened to her powers at a young age, Hitomi grew up constantly struggling with sensory overload from everything brushing against her bare skin, though she eventually developed techniques to isolate the sensations mostly in her hands. Feeling as if her parents treated her like a fragile doll and desperately wanting some measure of control over her life, her teen years were fraught with conflict and harmful coping mechanisms. As an adult she was recruited by the government to join a secret agency dealing with matters of the supernatural, and feels grateful to her job for helping her get on her feet...for the most part.
Employed as an intelligence agent and tracker, Hitomi often finds herself feeling as though the less ethical aspects of her job mean she has to keep herself isolated from her family and any potential friends, both to protect them and herself. After all, who wants to spend time with someone like her?
But when she meets a young telepath named Takenaka Momozou, suddenly Hitomi wonders if there might actually be room in her life for more than loneliness.
OC INTERACTION:
Feel free to draw Hitomi hanging out with your own OCs! Any platonic interactions are great, some ideas might be Hitomi and your ocs going to a cafe and trying out unusual beverages or comparing powers/lack of. You can also draw Hitomi fighting your OC a la Artfight if you want, in my mind she’s a bit more skilled than Reigen at combat.
