The 22nd generation of the Bible is Jacob and Esau.

Esau forsakes his birthright as the firstborn to fill his belly.
Genesis 25:32 And Esau said, Behold, I am at the point to die: and what profit shall this birthright do to me?
Jacob receives the birthright and eventually is renamed Israel after striving with God and becomes the father of the chosen nation.
Genesis 32:28 And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed.
The letter Tav is the 22nd and final letter of the Hebrew alphabet. It is Strong’s number H8420 and means “mark” as in this verse:
Ezekiel 9:4 And the LORD said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof.
The book of Revelation is the final book of the Bible just as the Tav is the final letter. In Revelation there are two groups of people marked or “Taved”- the 22nd letter.
Is the 22nd generation, Jacob and Esau, a picture of the 2 groups of people marked in Revelation?
The first group is Israel (once called Jacob) made up of the “Church” – jew and gentile over the last 6000 years.
Revelation 7:4 And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.
The second group therefore has to be Esau/Edom.
Revelation 13:16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand or in their foreheads:
Why do I believe this is Esau/Edom?
Esau/Edom is a picture of the unrighteous giving up the birthright for their physical desires or world.
Genesis 25:32 And Esau said, Behold, I am at the point to die: and what profit shall this birthright do to me?
The New Testament calls Esau a type of fornicator and profane person.
Hebrews 12:16 Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright.
Esau/Edom is tied to the number 666 as per my prior post.
Esau is named Esau is verse 684. Recall Strong’s G684 = man of perdition
Genesis 25:25 And the first came out red, all over like an hairy garment; and they called his name Esau.
Jacob is named Israel in verse 957.
Genesis 32:28 And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed.
They are separated by the number 273. (957-684=273)
273 is the number of the church-the redeemed of the firstborn of Israel. Esau was the firstborn but despised it. Jacob desired it. The church’s desire is the things of God.
Jacob was called Israel because he prevailed. H3201=prevail. It can also mean overcome.

What is the Church called all through Revelation = overcomers.
Revelation 3:12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.
Revelation 21:7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
