honestly? I will humor the idea of SapphireFerret. It could work. Sort of like an ‘okay so you suck but i can fix you’ X ‘hmm this is mine now’ dynamic i guess???? Im not sure actually. I can’t come up with much because, while i respect hcs and allat, in my head cream ferret is an older cookie and bsapph is 19-24 depending on the context, so it’s not a ship i would rlly consider. But im pretty sure thats not what you thought so good for you
as for espresso x red velvet, that’s interesting imo. I do think that it would at least be a little toxic, considering personalities, but i see them being happy. And espresso would say that it’s ‘just for research’ but not mean that at all LOL
