I think it makes sense to have the question there. I’m out of context, but faced with a new transgender I would assume pronoun change to be an obvious finality (that’s kind of the point) and you can guess which way it’s going. Name is change very open ended, and I think a much more relevant information on one’s identity.

Yes, but i feel like they start assuming there’s some identity shifting from what they initially thought - and then when i deny the name change, they kind of rewind their thoughts to the old ways of referring to me including pronouns along the name. Somehow, a complete change may be more natural to people than this kind of partial change ?

I just never heard anyone at school ever using these pronouns even if i’m starting to get a bit more out each day...

Hi! I wanted to add RSS feed however for some reason because of the way the site is structured it’s not possible :( I won’t be uploading to tapas anymore because of copyright and such stuff!

I used to shave clean, but I eventually stopped because of how much of a struggle it is, and how punishing it felt when I couldn’t make it nice or skipped for even the shortest time; so I had to compromise Plus I find the whiskerstach to be a deeply anchored part of your visual identity.

Yeah, shaving is horribly inefficient and frustrating and even more when having like... executive dysfunction or depression and stuff of the kind ; tweezing is a bit more satisfying for me though because it feels less pointless when it doesn’t grow again the next day already and leaves smooth skin, but it’s still complicated especially because of taking much time... i guess that without this focalised autistic perseverance(tm) it’s really not the right solution at all.

I actually promised myself to at least Destroy the whiskerstache only after permanently removing that beard. Because being unshaved but having cool whiskers is bothering yet cool, but being unshaved for nothing is just pure shame... :(

And if i deleted the whiskerstache, lots of people (including my mom who said once i’d loose all my originality and become uninteresting), would never forgive me, though, maybe also including myself,

Makes me wonder if you chose to have some neat facial hair considering what you are mentioning though ?

What’s a “lucky word of the day” ?

A tradition that kind of started in a group chat while i was tired and wanted to give a nice little thing before to leave each others, but that quickly became an exclusivity for one person in personal messages, generally given the night just before to leave each other along the good bye. 

The lucky words could be pretty much anything, rarely only one word or more than a whole sentence. A micro-scenery, a funny situation, a poetic description, a little pronounciation game. Tends to be positive and to exist solely for giving a kind of totally off-topic refreshing vibe maybe ? Sometimes seem to maybe hold some deep meaning that is your interpretation’s choice.

And i thought that i could maybe make a blog dropping one set of lucky words everyday on people’s dashboards, maybe always at the same hour.
