Hii Damian, did you see Les Liasons Dangerous at the theatre or did you see the recording at the cinema? Honestly dying to talk about how hot Aidan was 😅

Heyyyyy Lotte!! I saw it at the cinema, it was so lush... you saw it in person right? I'm so jealous!! I though the whole thing was so phenomenally well cast, like Lesley Manville just IS the Marquise de Merteuil to me. Her costumes were absolutely crazy.... and Aidan Turner!!!! just a perfect Valmont. In the opening scenes when they were discussing his aggressive charisma and then he appeared just with the exact kind of presence they'd been describing I was so knocked back! Totally managed to nail that combo of irresistibly seductive but also kind of grimy, unsettling and frightening that works so well for the story. I hope you had an amazing time watching it, the cinema tickets were quite pricey but it was absolutely worth it! 💕

Hii Damian, this is going to be a very incoherent message (I think im getting the flu) but I just wanted to say that i've seen you struggling with your identity a lot lately and. I don't know if this is in any way helpful. But I've always thought of you as one of the most effortlessly cool and sophisticated people on my dash and regardless of how you feel about yourself, I doubt anything could change that. lotte, flu or no flu, this is one of the loveliest messages ive ever received and i literally hugged my phone as soon as i read it. i'm doing okay i think and it's just One Of Those Evenings but idk i'm just struggling to know what to do next and how to handle not like blowing up my life and as much as I'm sure there's a way to avoid that it's a little difficult to see it right now. i'll sleep on it i'll talk to my therapist etc but messages like this do help so much, so thank you 💗💗💗💗 i hope you get well soon!!!!

I will check for you! I’m not at home at the moment so I can’t check my own collection. From the top of my head:

- The art of the Pre-Raphaelites by Elizabeth Prettejohn

- Pre-Raphaelite: Victorian Avant-Garde (catalogue of the 2012 Tate exhibition)

- The Pre-Raphaelites (catalogue 1984 Tate exhibition)

- Victorian Painters by Jeremy Maas

- J.W.Waterhouse by Peter Trippi

- Pre-Raphaelite Sisterhood by Jan Marsh

And of course, without a doubt the highlight of my collection:

- Pre Raphaelite Cats by Susan Herbert. Look it up, you know you want it :D

These are all more general works (except for the Waterhouse but it’s a very good one), I’ll check for more specific ones at home!
