'Times of Day' Series by Alphonse Mucha, 1899 'Morning Awakening', 'Brightness of Day', 'Evening Contemplation', & 'Night's Rest'
.... the times of the day ...
‘Evening Contemplation’, the central female figure gazes thoughtfully into the distance as the sun goes down. The mood of evening time is captured by Mucha in the reflective pose of the woman as well as the seasonal landscape in the background - the autumnal colours acting as a metaphor for the transition from day to night that evening brings.

7.14 pm and here I am, realising human minds are the biggest contradiction of them all

I have trouble sleeping, this past few days. Keep waking up and tossing around.
I don't know which and what affect me. But what I know that I need to re-center.
I dismiss any sources. I want to hear ME. I want to listen to ME.
What did I miss? What is this anxiety?
I don't want to google, making conclusion by reading stuff online. I dismiss any other opinion.
I want to hear me.
In case you don't know, I did this once in a while.
And I realize many things.
And also i realized that,
I was too hard to myself.
