Maybe I should make it clear to my parents that when I distance myself, skip meals, stay way from home or shut down, I don't act like that because i have something to proof, i am not just being dramatic. I have learned at my expense that there is no point in staying when they don't listen. I'm sick and tired to end up dissociating. I do this to look after my needs, save some peace. Just trying to pull myself together before I get back doing my best.
