We judge people by their skin color or their religion.
And I think this is really fucking sad.
Because I'm in a project at the moment
for people who are searching for a training/a job.
And there are many foreigners and they are all so nice.
I mean, there is woman with dark skin
and a lot of people would judge her for that,
but she's really nice and everyday
she goes to buy herself some coffee,
she asks me if I want one too,
so I told her I don't drink coffee, I drink cocao.
So now, she asks me everyday if I want a cocao
even when I said no three days in a row,
because she feels bad when I don't have anything to drink.
Or another example:
There is a girl from the Iraq too.
Now the first thing that
came to your mind could be
the thought of terrorism.
But this isn't fair.
She is really nice as well.
She draws really beautiful.
She could make a lot of money with her art.
But she doesn't sell her pieces,
she actually gives them away for free.
And one time she was drawing some vases
and she made so realistic shadows.
And I really like drawing so I asked her
how to do it because it never worked when I tried it.
So she tried hard to explain and show it to me,
so that I would understand,
although she didn't have to
and she only spoke broken German.
There are many others and I could tell
something really good about them all,
but I would take forever because
they all have a lot of good traits.
I just want to ask you to give others a chance
because they deserve it.
I mean sure, I am aware that
not everybody you are going to meet is nice
and worth knowing but this has nothing to do
with where they come from.
I mean seriously,
every nationality and every religion
has their very own assholes.
