Fortune's Favor (Fortune's Fools) - critical role, gen/shadowgast, about Essek and Artagan time traveling to the beginning of the campaign to try and save the Mighty Nein from Lucien. I swear this isn't abandoned ignore that the last update was like three years ago. This is the furthest I've ever gotten in a long fic, and the most I've written for a single piece by far. I'm very fond of the plot and setup I had for this, and I think part of what stalled me was just having more ambition than skill at the time. one day I'll come back to this and it's gonna be amazing, I promise
Crush - critical role, shadowgast, where Caleb gets separated from Essek and crushed under some debris in Aeor, and Essek uses repeated castings of Sending to try and keep him awake. I experimented a bit with spacing and format in this and I think the effect was really good
the way home - 911, Helena and Ramon search for Buck in the woods, and it's a segue for Helena to introspect on her place in the Diaz family. this one was also a bit experimental, using no names for anyone but Helena and Ramon themselves, and it's sort of branching out from the type of thing I usually write.
Satisfied - critical role, shadowgast, in which Caleb and Essek don't have sex. a sort of exploration of asexuality, sex repulsion, and performance for the sake of a partner. also no small amount of wish fulfillment
