So after several weeks of ignorance, I finally checked my inbox for asks. It's not that I don't want them, I promise, I'm just not used to the attention. ;) So thank you to everyone who has messaged me recently, and I noticed the amount of anon asks I received to do with people discovering their kin types. Having instinctively known mine, I find it hard to answer these types of questions, but here is me doing the best I can do for y'all. (By the way, this is being posted on my secondary blog, and reblogged onto my primary one, as I am NOT doing all those hashtags again.) Meditation guys, meditation. I need to get into it myself more, because it really is a wonderful way to find out many things about yourself. I don't have any personal experience with that stuff though, nor with things like Lucid Dreams and Astral Projection, both of which I think Therians and Otherkin alike should look more into. I also like the idea of watching movies, listening to music and reading animal related books, in order to help yourself awaken. Below I have constructed a list of blogs that I am currently following and find very useful or interesting, and I recommend checking out any that catch your eye, as these are all lovely people. :) Avalon-gray-fox: Great resources and photos posted. Conall-wolf-pack: Posts lots of beautiful photos and good kin resources, an active member of the community to my knowledge. Everykin: Has been a very fun and reliable blog in the past, though it is currently not active. Featherkin: An adorable blog for all your feathered needs!! Fyeahlupine: Wolf facts and images, all equally adorable and interesting. Growlbarkrunhide: One of my personal favourites, been following her for quite some time. Just-another-therian: Another favourite, a very cheerful and lovely blog. K-scanine: Posts a lot of beautiful nature photos, love this blog. Kin-and-stone: Recently followed this blog, after realising their old blog will be inactive soon. Blog looks great so far. :) Kin-assistance: Currently overloaded with asks, but is generally a very helpful and accepting blog. Kin-books: Very recently followed this one, but I love the idea of the blog. :) Kin-experiences: A blog I really enjoy browsing through, as I find a lot of their stuff legit and relatable. :) Kin-gaming: Self explanatory title, but a great blog for people (like me) who love gaming and have a bit of free time to spare. Kin-Sanctuary: Love this blog and the way it helps spread positivity for anyone who asks. Also have a lot of saved wolf gifs thanks to this one. ;) Kinfood: A tasty selection of kin-based foods, to help everyone feel more in touch with their 'other' sides. Kinnmunity: Another safe and wonderful blog for kin people to follow. Kinstories: I really adore this idea, and although I tend to create my own stuff, I really love the way this author writes. Life-of-a-therian: Really great at advice this one, also a really nice blog. Movies4kin: Awesome idea, and some of my favourite films and here. Ocelotkin: Beautiful and wonderful photos of the world. :) Otherkinmusic: I find this really helpful as I use music to get in touch with my kin side most often. Snowy-fox-paws: Adorable blog, love it. :3 Susitar: One of my favourites, been following her for as long as I've had my blogs basically. Very opinionated and sensible, which I love. :) The-undomesticated: Lots of cool images and great resources and facts. Therianmedia: Great for anyone who wants to know the factual stuff. Theworsttherianever: Just like their description says, calling out the bullshit of the community. They're actually a pretty great Therian if you ask me. ;) Wolfsoul2: Not all kin related things, but they reblog some pretty cool art things. Worldofwolvesofficial: Awesome blog, especially for the wolf kin of course, who want to actually help their kin. Bonus ~ Poapie: Not a kin-related blog, but one of my all time favourites, and I think she deserves the credit. :3 Of course, there are so many more fabulous blogs I don't have the time to mention, and besides, these are only the ones that I am currently following. If you have any suggestions for other blogs that are really good, feel free to inbox me or leave their url in a reblog. :) I would also like to make a small list of songs I find relatable, or simply get me in a shifty mood, (other than backing tracks) which I will also send to ‘Otherkinmusic,’ in case I have any they do not.
