I apologize! I'm new to the community and getting the terms down still! ;^-^ Also some people who would count as a therian prefer to go by the term of "[x]kin" as far as I know. Thank you for the info!

I'm fine now, just freaked out. Last December I hit and killed one of our dogs. This morning I narrowly missed hitting another one. I managed to swerve, stop, and get the two idiot pups in the car. But as soon as I shut the door, I dropped and kneeled for about three minutes trying to breathe and crying an just it sucked. It was my first not actually recovering from a tragedy panic attack. And this whole not having anything to do after is making me realize just how much those panic attacks lock me down.
