It's November so it's time for me to pretend to write, but this year I'm pretending to write with a bunch of other people who actually do write. I'm hoping it will keep accountable so I can really get moving on this story I've had for a long time. Yay accountability! The people are part of a group called The Mighty Pens and they write words to raise money for charity! This year's charity is Every Mother Counts. Every Mother Counts raises money to help more women have safer pregnancies and births. Did you know the US is ranked 55th in maternal deaths? We still have a long way to go, and Mom's are important! So, as part of the group this year, I'm asking for sponsors (cue discomfort, but... It's good discomfort) You can donate a one time amount or, to keep me working, you can donate $X for every X amount of words (say $10 for every 10k I write, keeping in mind the goal of NaNoWriMo is to write 50k words in a month 😬).
