JADE: *You've all been gathered here to ultimately come to agreement on the fates of Lifera Peixes and Rufioh Nitram, since keeping people indefinitely in solitary confinement isn't exactly a permanent solution. Among those present are those two in question themselves, cuffed and guarded on opposite sides of the room. Among those NOT present is... the captain.* ERIDAN: *Eridan is totally sitting in Dirk's spot* ERIDAN: *tented fingers and all* ROSE: -Rose glances aronud. Well excited might be a generous term, but it was very interesting none the less.* TEREZI: =frowns a little, but other than that she's a statue= DAVE: -secretly texts dirk under the table, spamming him with lyrics from "i'm all out of love" by air supply- ROSE: -she scoots herself over to the seat next to Cronus and pats his hand, giving him a nod.- CRONUS: *jumps and glances at her* ... *gives her a small smile* JADE: due to the circumstances i think it would be best to begin our discussion with the situation we are all clearest on, and thats the incident that occurred in the atrium with rufioh nitram RUFIOH: *It him...* JADE: to best discuss this situation im going to recap the incident JADE: sometime after lifera peixes arrived on board the ship, dirk announced her presence and she herself gave a statement on her arrival inviting the crew to meet her in the atrium should they wish to speak her personally JADE: a crowd including several members of shipmen and security and commanding officers gathered to join her, and rufioh nitram was among the first to arrive, visibly upset with the situation, and eventually bringing up the idea of a trial JADE: the following discussion between those present became somewhat heated, and davenforth strider attempted to claim responsibility for the situation JADE: commanding officers and the captain tried to settle the situation by coming to an agreement on a council discussion to consider the possibility of a trial for lifera peixes JADE: it was after this decision that the captain gave the order to disperse, and then that rufioh nitram... unsheathed a sword and appeared before davenforth strider, stabbing him through the torso JADE: davenforth was sent to the infirmary in critical condition and remained comatose up until two days ago JADE: if anyone else has any essential information to offer to the understanding of this situation, please present it now CRONUS: *for ONCE he's not distressed he got no credit for anything he did.
