• Smiling when your oldest son comes around the reinforced couch and sits beside you before slowly leaning until his head is against your shoulder, you close your book on a finger. “Everything okay?” You ask and he nods, but otherwise is silent. Though at this point, you’re used to that. Still remember when you could pick him up and the way he’d cling to you. Hadn’t realized then that he’d inherited his dad’s ability and that it was overwhelming him to be unable to shut out everyone else’s thoughts.
• And you hear laughter, your twins shoving each other and grinning. “Is there anything to eat?” Tron asks as Pax leans against the back of the couch, reaching to flick Rez’s audial fin and you cup a hand against his helm as his battle mask clicks into place. ‘You can’t wait for dinner?’ You ask, waving off Pax. “I’m hungry now,” Tron groans and you notice the peace sign he’s added to his helm. Inhaling slowly, you really hope Megatron is too human illiterate to know what the symbol is or you’re going to have to hear about it. The graffitied ‘make love, not war’ he’d painted on himself hadn’t gone over that well either.
• “You’re too old to fly with your sire?” Starscream growls as Skyfall flicks her wings at him. Giving him attitude. ‘I didn’t say that. I just said that I wanted to go flying with my friends,’ she mutters, walking away from him and he shoots you a look when he spots you. Widening his optics at you to say something and you make a face. “Which friends?” He asks, wings lifting when she shoots him a look. ‘Carrier,’ she groans, wings dropping as she keeps walking like she thinks you’ll take her side. “Which friends?” He repeats.
• Looking up from his writing, Megatron glances from his daughter to Starscream. “Go fly with your sire every so often so the rest of us don’t have to listen to him whining about it,” he murmurs as Skyfall huffs through her vents before immediately turning toward you. ‘Carrier,’ she whines and you flick your fingers toward Starscream. Agreeing with him. “You used to like flying with me,” the seeker mutters and her wings flick. ‘I still do,’ she mumbles. Rumbling as he studies the way her wings flare and her plating barely lifts, Megatron glances at you and you barely shrug. Does his little spark have a crush? Isn’t sure how he feels about that. Or whether the youngling she likes will get to live.
• “She just wants to go kiss her boyfriend,” Pax says as Soundwave enters the room and he turns to stare at his daughter as her wings lift angrily. ‘Shut up, Paxus,’ she hisses. And you’re sitting up as Resonance hunches deeper into the couch, uncomfortable as the emotions in the room begin to spike. “Boyfriend?” Starscream growls as Megatron rumbles and sets aside his datapad. ‘What boyfriend, little spark?’ Megatron asks, voice a reasonable purr that spells impending violence. Venting tiredly, Soundwave meets your eyes. Foreseeing a need to rescue some hapless youngling from those two in his very near future.
I’ve read every chapter of Everything is Alright and I’ve loved it so much. Part of me is still a little sad that Megatron doesn’t have his own sparkling, though. Do you think the reader might eventually give in and make Megatron a dad too? I can already imagine Starscream being completely against the idea and doing everything he can to spikeblock it at every opportunity. He definitely wouldn’t want a mini Megatron running around 🤣
Megatron will eventually, but it’ll be further down the storyline. 🔞 MDNI Mass displaced mech 🌶️

Megatron x Reader
• “Not having second thoughts?” He growls, lips skimming against your jaw and brushing your ear as his hips rock, the hard length of his spike rubbing against your inner thigh to make you squirm under him. And you smooth your hands over his chassis, arms looping around his neck. With Star, you hadn’t known what was happening when he’d sparked you. Had been too overwhelmed with him, with his thoughts and memories. Then with Soundwave, you’d known. Had wanted it. But your relationship with Megatron has always felt lopsided making it hard to tell where you stand with him. He’d saved your life, saved your daughter, but he’d tied himself to you for life doing it. He hadn’t chosen you.
• Can feel the uncertainty in your field and it hurts. Had said you wanted another sparkling. Wanted his sparkling and he’d wanted to believe it. But now you’re hesitating. Maybe wishing for Starscream or Soundwave. Someone that’s not him. Do you think he can’t tell how stilted this relationship is? That he doesn’t notice that he’s here, but doesn’t really belong. On the outside looking in. Wanting more. “I want this,” you whisper and he rests his head against yours until you meet his optics. “I do,” you insist, voice more certain.
• You’re just worried if you’re up to keeping up with three alien, hybrid kids. Feel him rumbling to hum through you into your bones as he shifts over you, the head of his spike sliding against you. Every time you bond with him, you feel like you’re trespassing somewhere you don’t belong even as you love him for saving you and your daughter when he could have walked away. You weren’t his problem. Weren’t even his friend. Gasping at the feel of him slowly stretching you, those red optics don’t look away as his hips lazily pump. Plating shifting, there’s a question in his expression and you reach to make the connection, inhaling as you fall into him.
• Attention divided between the wet heat of your body wrapped around his spike and the fragile brightness of you tangled in him, that foolish longing to be seen and belong lifts through him even as he wants to put up walls. To try keep you out of his memories. The mines, the gladiator pits, all the pain of his past. The terrible things he’d done for the sake of his cause. Had never hesitated. Never questioned if he was losing his way, but when he sees those things through you, he feels out of control. Feels you tangling with him, your light drifting into his own as he reaches greedily for it even as it hurts to be seen and known like this.
• Gasping as his hips roll, your heel slides against the berth and you feel his mouth on your neck. Denta scraping skin as his spike strokes deep to make you tremble. His warmth and heat engulfs you as you feel the shape of the question hanging between you both. And you remember how gentle he is with both kids even though they’re not his. The way he smiles when your daughter laughs. The lonely way he watches you when he thinks you don’t notice. Answering, there’s a pull and even expecting it, it’s hard to not flounder at the feeling of losing a bit of yourself. Coming apart as he tangles himself more firmly in you, he’s moving faster against you, growling before he’s shuddering and overloading. Feeling him giving you that fragile new spark. And feeling it split.
• Startling at the feel of the spark becoming two, he vents, optics opening and your brow creases. Lifting up, there’s a pang of loss when he severs the connection and you shiver under him. “What happened?” You ask, voice shaky as he stares down at you. Do you have idea what the odds of split spark twins are? How rare? Venting, he smiles as he presses his face against your neck. And he’s laughing against you, imagining your seeker’s face when the mech realizes you’re going to have his twins. “Megatron? What happened?”
