Steve is tired of Billy mocking him for the amount of time he spends on his hair, and giving him grief about needing to use hair spray.
Fucking Billy "I woke up like this" Hargrove.
One day, Steve walks in for a hair stylist appointment, and sees Billy "Full of Shit" Hargrove sitting in a chair with flat, pale blonde hair.
It takes only a second for Steve to register it, before he starts ranting.
Billy, a little startled (but still smug AF) waits for Steve to take a breath before asking, "So we're still going out for dinner tonight, right?"
Steve nods a quick affirmation, knowing that Billy needs to be reassured frequently, before stomping out muttering "Natural curls my ass"
