The woman didn’t show up and Ziva was left just waiting in a restaurant for hours till an apology text came through--and when she tried to call, she realized her number had been blocked. 

That day she got extremely drunk and one of the waitresses called her a cab. When she got home, she kept drinking and drinking and was drunk well into that next morning.
