Witch friends, I have a huge question

So me, my best friend, my mom and my other friend all believe a poltergeist is following my boyfriend. Nothing but bad things are constantly happening to him, bad things that have no reason to be happening to him. The other night me and my boyfriend were sitting in our room, in the dark, just talking and when we started talking about spirits and stuff of the like, we both got incredibly paranoid and I couldn't look at my closet, or in its direction, at all, without feeling a send of dread, and whenever I could look at it, the closet seemed to just get darker and darker. I told my mom about it and she came in to check the closet and immediately got scared and all of her hair stood on end. My other friend, who can see spirits and entities and whatnot said at one point she could hear the thing basically laughing at all of my boyfriend's misfortunes going on. My mom said since we've moved in with my parents, she's felt more negative than ever, like she's almost always angry and upset, and whenever I'm in my room I just feel incredibly drained and lethargic. Even my best friend's ex boyfriend has said he could sense something (at our old apartment) in our room. My boyfriend has always been a negative person, but the past few months he's been getting more and more negative and unnecessarily angry over small things, like he'll only focus on the negative side of things and it's just getting worse. A poltergeist is all we can think of to explain everything. It seems to like to hide in closets, so as of right now I have a salt line trapping it in our closet until monday, when we can smudge the room. I know this won't get rid of it 100%, but it's the best we can do for the time being. Does anyone have a good banishing spell or any other advice in general I can use to help get rid of this thing? We need it gone and out of our lives so badly.

We all have pir evil moments, my friend. I was feeling pretty evil myself on Wednesday and then yesterday it all blew over with some good news. Sometimes we just need to be evil to let it out
