My embrace Durge on pics: 🥰👸✨ My embrace Durge in the game: 😈🔪💥
Okay, I already beat bg3 multiple times, and I had tried to an evil run, but the moment it reaches the Grove... I couldn't do it. I can't... It feels like I am betraying myself and my own beliefs but I want to experience the game with Minthara... 🥲
More durgetash, my liege
... They take up 95% of my brain space and don't pay rent, the evil bastards
Something I find Interesting...
I will say it again: I will probably never manage an evil playthrough in BG3. It already took everything I had to not metagame and safe Alfira in my Dark Urge playthrough, so no, I will probably not play the evil playthrough.
However, I have watched evil playthroughs by others, and one thing that stands out to me: the evil playthrough is a lot harder than any good playthrough. You have less companions, you have less support, you have limited restocking options and so on and so forth. The game makes it actually surprisingly hard to be evil. Darker playthroughs that verge more into the "chaotic neutral" territory? Harder, yes, but not that much.
But the good playthrough where you save everyone and help everyone... It is objectively easier.
And that is interesting, right? Because most videogames that offer you a good and bad path actually make the evil path easier. Usually if you do the evil path you have more ressources, more options, more powers, more access to ways to defeat the enemies. Games tend to ask you to make the decision: "Do you want a bit of an easier time especially in boss fights, or do you want the ending that gives you the warm fuzzies?"
I find it interesting, because I know very well why normally the evil route is easier. It is trying to be a commentary on how basically doing evil is chosing the "easy path", and how people who are shitty usually are this way, because they were cowards looking for the easy way out. A strange mixture of condemning the lack of backbone, but also somewhat understanding for the evil.
And here comes BG3: "Being evil is shitty, but also it takes so much more effort from you!" And I cannot help but think: this is so noticable... this was a very active decision, wasn't it? Larian really made that decision.
Especially because... you know. They are not wrong.
Because, yeah. Being evil makes your life a lot harder.
Sure, making little morally grey decisions here and there - especially if you are poor and lack options - might be easier than the alternative at times. But being actually evil? Like, actually behaving in a way that harms a lot of people... It actually makes your life harder and worse. Because us humans... Sure, we long for power. But more than anything, we are very social creatures. And the vast majority of us will reward kind behavior more than it will reward riches and powers.
And before someone argues about this naming some asshole billionaire, I ask you this: do you think those people are happy? Sure, they do not fear going hungry or being unable to pay their rent and what not - and for those of us who fear those things constantly (believe me, I know!) - but still... they live in constant fear of losing all their money and influence, while not having a single true friend in the world, because they never can be certain with anyone they know whether they actually like them or just want money/power.
... So, yeah. I find BG3 very interesting there.
I can't do it :(
Hi layout and pinned is a wip
I thought it would be fun if I made this blog to document my runs , because I have a shit load of screenshots all the way to the day Blot was released . They're eating my storage but I don't want to delete them permanently so they're gonna be stored here (I kinda gave up and this so I'm just putting the screenshots in a discord server instead) @ilikemicrowaves is my main if anyone was curious
Stuff ig ( as of 12/23/25 )
Joined on April ,,, 17th ??? I think ?????? It was in the middle of the Easter event I know that for sure .
Highest completed floor is 26 , furthest floor reached is 27 as of 10/06/25 . Soloed as Yatta with Award and Veemote
I do not have a set main toon . I switch between Gourdy , Vee , Yatta , Flutter , and Gigi , unless I'm looking to complete masteries .
I mostly extract and support . I distract occasionally but because I do not have the greatest Internet , my hit box sucks . No matter the toon I play , if you have a higher stealth than me , I will repeatedly "save" you . By this I mean I will usually take the twisteds off of you if they get onto you and guard you when doing machines in corner spots . ( I do this best with Gourdy )
I have all of the toons except for Bassie and Bobette .
I have all the completed research on twisteds except for Bassie and Bobette .
I have completed all the masteries except for Astro Bassie , Bobette , Boxten , Brusha , Connie , Eclipse , Flyte , Ginger , Ribs , Shelly , Shrimpo , Soulvester , Sprout , and Teagan .
Stats as of 12/23/25 . I will update this monthly .
Unfamiliar runs you might see me do
"Evil Run"
A whatever run that me and my friends host at 10:00 PM EST. the goal is always to reach floor 20 , but you can add whatever to the run as you like.
"Shattered Run"
This type of run was thought up by my friend @/sillystringg101 . The goal is to play until you get Twisted Glisten on the floor , let him shatter , and basically play hide and seek with him for as long as you can until you get bored and complete the floor , or die to him or the other twisted(s) . From then on just do what u want
I will get Bobette.
Wyll in his evil run: okay I killed Karlach and am going to do whatever heinous thing you want me to do, Mizora, but I'm gonna be grumpy about it
What Wyll looks like to Mizora ^
Dark Urge / Evil Tav identification mark
For fun, I gave all my Dark Urge Bhaal Tavs the dagger earrings.
I also gave the earrings to the evil playthrough Tav that I created for my boyfriend.
So, spread the word, make it happen:
DAGGER EARRINGS FOR EVIL TAVS
Dagger earrings as international unofficial identification mark for Dark Urge / Bhaal / Evil BG3 run?
YES
NO
I would love it! Are you in?
I thought how funny it would be if the dagger earrings were the international unofficial identifier for Dark Urge / Bhaal / Evil run.
The idea of all our evil Tavs seeing each other at the streets of Baldur's Gate from afar, recognizing the dagger earrings and nodding knowingly.
And let them each other mind their evil businesses 😈😂
