So you guys ever heard of Will Wood? Yeah me neither.
It was a whole new sound and now it's in Lego form! I finally made another Lego Will Wood set after a year and 5 days! This probably took like a few weeks to make however i am a professional procrastinator so whoops!

Wow look at those guys go! I had a lot of fun designing this though unfortunately i don't really think this set could exist in the real world without some real major changes like most of these parts just straight up exist (no brick modified 1x2 with masonry profile in very light gray!?! what ever shall we do!?) however Studio 2.0 does a button that converts most of the non-existent pieces into real pieces
and it allows you to see how much the set would cost and let me tell you this thing would cost a pretty penny at $1095 dollars and 74 cents. Yowzers that's def a lot of money. My guess is that the minifigures are mostly responsible the huge price. (41 dollars for some olive green pants with black boots!?) Also the fact this set is made up with about 2987 pieces. That also might be partly why.
Anyway here's some more stuff
You can see the top two images as tiny photos in the Better than the Alternative room. Originally the third image would also be included but I thought that one brick with the screaming old man was really funny so Normal Will got left behind. Originally the therapy scene from the Love Me Normally music video would've been part of the main build but I couldn't really find a good spot to put it in so it was scrapped.
i dont remember why Memento Mori Will is sideways. I know it was an intentional choice.
I could only find one version of the night mic logo so I decided to recreate it but really quickly i decided to put my own spin on it instead of trying to make an accurate version. Since it's Lego and stuff I tried censoring it a bit but y'know uhhhh

I also had the idea to include the documentary crew from the Real Will Wood movie but I had the idea like realllyyyy late so I didn't really have a spot for them so I just opted to include Chris Dunne on the Love me normally section

oh waow its that one band with the funny robots that play the songs and does the other things but like its lego. I'm trying to recreate all current and past members of the band (well most of them) in Lego and I just finished the current 3 bots so I thought to recreate that one photo.
I do want to make a few variants of the gang since they all got a bunch of different outfits n stuff but thats for later. I did however make a Rabbit head based off that one outfit she wore where she had like the mechanical rabbit ears. (I also made a Spine head based off like the older performances but i don't really like how it turned out so it shall be purged and remade)
I also might swap out the cool shiny colored heads with flat colored heads because while shiny heads are really cool in my opinion it makes it kinda hard to make out the face so idk we shall see
(probably should've made zeros head yellow but whatever i dont feel like re rendering this)
Here's the current lineup of Minifigures. I only have up to Zero completed but I did start Hatchworth so he should be done next. I'll toss in Matt Smith and Sam Luke into the lineup at some point. Maybe the Peter Walters and the Vice Quadrant as well? Idk we shall see.
I'll also upload the textures at some point so people can make their own little Lego Steam Powered Giraffe. Hell maybe someone can print out the textures and make some real life SPG Lego guys. That'd be cool I think.
Awhile ago I made a Will Wood LEGO set in the program Studio 2.0 based off his album "In Case I make it," and just never posted it anywhere. Contains a bunch of references to his songs, his albums, those tapeworms that he has, stuff he has worked on with other people, etc. Some of the character's are based off preexisting stuff while others is more original I guess. Still not the best with captions cuz I got nothing else lmao

Some dark lighting here. This is how it's supposed to look but when I showed this to my friend they said the images were too dark and like fair it is pretty dark so I made a bunch of more renders but with brighter lighting so you can see better

I'd probably make some changes to this like changing the designs of some of the figures and maybe add other designs but I don't got it in me to rerender everything so oh well it is what it is lol

I feel like i complained a lot in the caption of this post but I actually do love how this came out and I really enjoyed doing all the fancy posing for all the figures and I really want to do more stuff like that

For a lot of the character's I had trouble finding good parts that actually matched with the design so some of them are just real wonky looking. Part of me sorta wishes I made an original design for SELF-ISH but at the same time I think just having the actual art from the cover being placed on top of a LEGO dude is really funny.
