Evolt is the kinda villain where opinion can vary depending on the expectations you had for him. Like while hes really fun to watch Evolt's motive IS very uninspired. And yet, hes a legitimately terrifying entity. One thats the end result of what happens when kamen rider is only viewed as a "tool of war," in an endless arms race. Rigging the game to where mutual annihilation is the only outcome.

The moment where Evolt goes "watch this dipshit" and forces Sento to witness him tearing apart a whole planet still lives rent free in my mind. To him, the universe is a giant dollhouse and he WILL have fun with his toys
