gonna be honest I really wasn’t academically productive today. my executive dysfunction has been extra bad the past few days and I’m really stressed out about it and upset and mad at myself because I’m behind in class and have a quiz on Friday. I just can. not. focus. no matter what I do and its awful. and then I accidentally fell asleep for four hours. nice one noelle 😔
ending this post with some positives! I was able to meet some other goals, so today wasn’t completely unproductive. I had a healthy breakfast (and a yummy hot chocolate too!), met up with a friend, bought a gift, spent about an hour walking, submitted a photo to a contest, found some research programmes I’m super interested in, and cooked a bomb ass grilled cheese.
goals for tomorrow: get a matcha latte and sTUDY!!!

this pic just makes me think of ~imagine how is touch the sky~ (and also “do you love the colour of the sky?”)
I don't know how to combat it effectively... and that's actually getting in the way of me even researching how to combat it.
Btw, future me, the way I finally got her to make the first step is using curiosity.
