I really really enjoy the side eye Kurogane is shooting Kamui for not sharing this information EARLIER when it was useful.

What I enjoy even more is Yuuko actually sitting down and going “Okay so I’m just going to confirm and deny the relevant pieces of Vampire lore for you now”, because you KNOW I’ve been thinking about this constantly for a week straight.

The more and more I see this “people forget that Daenerys is very young in the books, and she is still making mistakes. Give her time.” excuse the more and more baffled I become that so many people think this way.

I’m sorry, but how is this at all a counter-argument to the claim that she is not fit to be queen? If anything, this only adds to the argument. 

Yeah, it’s perfectly reasonable for people to be brutally murdered/terrorized by dragons while she is still “making mistakes”. They should just be patient while she matures, she’s just gotta work out the kinks! 

Children grow to understand right from wrong when they face consequences for their actions and are properly reprimanded. Let me repeat that, children grow to understand. She doesn’t understand she is wrong, and she believes what she does is “necessary”. 

So, what will “time” do if she is never humbled enough to realize that she is at fault for the negative things that happen around her as she rules over so many people? 

Seeing as she has only gotten worse as the story has progressed, I don’t have much faith in the idea that she will get better. I don’t believe a temperamental child with three dragons that bring extreme destruction and death at her command who is still “learning” should rule the Seven Kingdoms. 

This isn’t a debate on if her age is responsible for her inadequate ruling skills. Whether her poor decisions are understandable or not is irrelevant. Either way, she is not fit to be queen.
