Maybe one of the reasons so many clones turned on their jedi so easily was because they had never had to question orders before

Edit: i sense i have made a slight error in the way i phrased this, not that i don't love the responses people are giving me.

What i meant is that yes, the clones had chips in them that made them kill the jedi, but only a few actively fought against it ie: rex. What i was trying to say was the clones who didn't fight against it at first (at least not that we see) like wolffe or cody didn't question it because they had never really questioned higher command which was mostly their jedi generals BECAUSE THEIR JEDI WERE GOOD PEOPLE. I think one of the reasons rex was able to fight it (aside from plot and that he was already in rebels) is that he had questioned orders before *cough cough* krell.
