I’m trying to be more physically active and I’ll use my college break to try and build some constancy. It’s not much but it’s what I’m focusing on. So I’ll keep an exercise diary to see how I’m doing.

Finally got my fitness shit together today. Completed ppcg phase two this morning and went for a 5km in the afternoon
