EXERCISE IDEA!
Okay, so I decided I am going to try and make a game out of exercising. Or as best as one can make it into a game.
I have a huge candle jar that I never use for candles. I am going to put a sign on the front that says "I DARE YOU". Inside will be scrapes of paper with things to do. Each day I will pick one out and that is how I will get my exercise for the day. That way I don't have to think oh what shall I do, I will just do randomness.
Here is the list I have so far:
30 MINUTES OF GOLDS GYM WORKOUT
40 MINUTES OF GOLDS GYM WORKOUT
20 MINUTES OF GOLDS GYM WORKOUT
Wii BASEBALL AND TENNIS – 3 TIMES EACH
WALK THE NEIGHBORHOOD FOR 30 MINUTES
WALK THE NEIGHBORHOOD FOR 1 HOUR
10 JUMPING JACKS & PICK AGAIN
20 JUMPING JACKS & PICK AGAIN
LOWER ABDOMINAL EXERCISES
30 MINUTES OF JUST DANCE 4 (You choose the songs)
40 MINUTES OF JUST DANCE 4 (You choose the songs)
1 HOUR OF JUST DANCE 4 (You choose the songs)
25 MINUTES JUST DANCE 4 JUST SWEAT ROUTINE
45 MINUTES JUST DANCE 4 JUST SWEAT ROUTINE

Does anyone have any other suggestions? The more variety the better. I think I may need to look into some more Wii exercise games. :) Anyone?

I've just complied a list of exercises to target different areas of the body plus cardio to get a full body workout.
Another thing you can try is every time this is reblogged on your dash you have to pick out TWO (or more!) exercises from this and do them.
