His Timing
So when the apostles were with Jesus, they kept asking Him, “ Lord, has the time come for you to free Israel and restore our Kingdom?”. He replied, “ The Father alone has the authority to set those dates and times, and there are not for you to know.” But you will receive the power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you.
It is not for us to know WHEN. Be patient, pray without ceasing and trust Him with all your heart. Trust His perfect timing. He can never go wrong with His plans. He will reveal to us when we are truly READY to know. He knows it when we are not ready when we thought we are ready. He knows some aspects of our attitudes need to change.
WAITING ON GOD
= to live in a confidence expectation and anticipation of God’s actions on our behalf; to refuse to run ahead of Him, trying to solve our problems for ourselves.
He said: “ Be still and know that I am God.” - Psalm 46:10
Be strong and let your heart take courage. Wait on the Lord. - Pslam 31:24
And let endurance have its perfect result and do a thorough work, so that you may be perfect and completely developed (in your faith), lacking in nothing. -James 1:4
God’s policies are very important in His plan for our life.
He is getting us ready for the answers.
