Success is not a matter of inherent ability or circumstances, and it’s definitely not a matter of luck. Your success is driven by the actions you take 👉🏽 and your actions are driven by your thoughts 👉🏽 and your thoughts are driven by the beliefs that you carry about yourself. • So often we try to change our results by changing our actions. That’s the quintessential example of treating the SYMPTOM and not the actual CAUSE. • What happens when most of us try to end a negative habit and/or create a new positive habit? We fail. Oh, it can look pretty good for a little while, but if your change is not from within FIRST, the things you do on the outside will generally be a massive struggle. • To change our results, we must change how we relate to ourselves. Also think it's time to move to the next level. I've completed B2W & DDS so far. I already own a pair of Dumbbells (and a kettlebell, resistance bands, ankle weights... an exercise ball. I really should start using them. 🤔) I complain to Lewis @friendsfitnessuk ALL the time but I always come back. 🙃 Doing his video workouts 3 times a week motivates me and gets me into a routine. Not to mention that they work. I get weighed weekly following Slimming World and the scales don't always reflect my hard work but my clothes do. So does my face when I go to take my sweaty selfie.
