I was tagged by @rockingred52 for a Friday flex shot on Sunday, so you figure it out 😂

I am feeling pretty good today and I have been working the dumbbell for about 3 hours here at home. By that I mean in between interruptions like doing laundry, eating and answering the phone. The laundry is done now. 👍

It is sunny and 24F degrees (-4C) and today feels good. 💪

I did make it down to the local walking track today. Many others had the same idea but it wasn’t too crowded.

I made a few loops around the track, even though my legs didn’t feel that well. I needed to get some movement in today. After that, I needed to work on my garage door. I had to work on some hinge repairs. Let’s hope it stays fixed.

Dinner is gonna be that split pea soup that I made the other day. 😋 No place for the next two days for me. Just watch television, I guess. I don’t celebrate. 😐
