Illustrator Comment:

Irene and Sophia were designed as a pair that sticks out. Irene is tall and gentle, while Sophia is petite, reliable and prefers to get things done quickly. Everyone relies on Sophia as the strategist and the most knowledgeable of the team, but Irene is the emotional anchor of the team. They truly are unique and irreplaceable to each other.

Okay, hear me out:

Toxic Yuri Love-Triangle plot wherein the heroine's evil ex-girlfriend/wife doesn't actually get jealous of/threatened by the heroine's new GF. Instead she also thinks the new GF is pretty cute and decides she's just going to (re)seduce them BOTH XD

I bring this up mostly because this is something of a trend I've been noticing in Yugioh Exosister fanart with Elis, Stella and Martha ever since Karmael was (re)introduced.

Which I feel is the best possible interpretation of this scenario lol :D

I would tentatively dub this; the evil/toxic version of 'X character has two hands' XD

Whenever they have a feature match at the Yugioh Championship Series they mic up the players. And I would not trade being able to hear these players for the world

I think the concept of Exosisters, nuns that explore a seemingly post-apocalyptic world with magical girl-esque transformations to fight monsters (that also happen to be inspired in female only catholic schools with the trope of upper and underclassmen bonding with the "onee-samas" relationship with hints of Yuri) to be extremely near and interesting. However. Their card artwork has a massive issue for me.

A lot of them are drawn with nothing in their same plane, which is good as to not cover the important part, the character, but:

The buildings on the back look tiny, making them look gargantuan. Martha being added later doesn't help too much because her artwork barely has anything behind her as she's in some roof. None of them are supposed to look Kaiju sized as shown in other cards:

Of course, the exceptions to this issue are the younger ones, Sophia and Stella. But poor Sophia had her status as the shortest one of the group cemented even further as she's not only the one to have something next to her to compare her height properly, she's shown to not even be half as tall as a bookshelf:
