This is assuming that Ollie comes from the Young Geniuses Program.

Speaking of that theory, you think Harley immediately heard Ollie's voice after the hour of joy and just knew that it was the prototype. But also realizing that’s what happened to the most insufferable person he’d ever met.

Ollie and Harley were absolutely rivals during the program. Ollie took it as friendly banter and Harley genuinely despised him The rest of the program participants liked Ollie somewhat always helping out and being kind but was just a tad bit antisocial. Ollie connected with everyone but no one connected with him, except for Elliot.

Once Oliver was turned into the Prototype and found in Playcare he hid his Ollie voice from anyone who could’ve known him before he was experimented on.

Compact Cassette tapes were publicly available starting in 1963 which means the earliest the 'Elliot and the Prototype' tape can be dated to is 1963

Oliver never got to meet Poppy after she was made. Poppy only met the Prototype. Elliot did introduce them but allowed Ollie a new name, the Prototype. Ollie only came back after Elliot passed.
