I'm interested in starting to cover my hair. (Reform.) If I start, am I expected to do it everyday? Do people cover on certain days and not others? Is covering your hair only on Shabbat even a thing?

Is it common for hotels to have tzitzit in the closet? Cause I just hung my dresses in my hotel closet and found tzitzit hanging there. I was so happy and taken aback because tbh that was the LAST thing I was expecting to be there
Do Jews celebrate Valentine’s Day and Halloween? These holidays have Christian roots. If celebrating the fun secular parts of Halloween and Valentine’s Day isn’t frowned upon, why is it so bad to celebrate the fun secular parts of Christmas or Easter?
So does the amount of time conversion takes differ for each convert or is the time more based on the rabbi they're studying under? Like say sammy is a patrilineal jew who was raised Jewish and just wants to convert to fit in with halacha, but tommy is a complete 100% gentile with little to no prior education in judaism, would the conversion process probably be more streamlined for sammy than for tommy?
Sorry, very odd question, but this is something I keep thinking about. A branch of a grocery store is in a predominantly Jewish neighborhood. The parent company and/or owners are not Jewish. Would the local managers be able to adjust hours for holy days and similar? What about a school that is in a Jewish neighborhood, but is not run by a synagogue?
Topics? Timing? Providing babysitting? transport?
A big part of why I’ve drifted towards Conservative communities has been the increased focus on and availability of adult education. It’s not that Reform communities don’t care about adult ed, a lot…
I'm mid-conversion and this is the first Purim I'll be celebrating. I'm also autistic and REALLY worried about not being able to handle all of the noise. Is it really as loud as I've been told? And is there a predictable period of "loud" where I can leave the room for a while and come back? Help!
