Sometimes we go round in circles ,unable to find a way out of a situation finding our-self stuck in it or with it .
We might think it is all about a particular issue,but actually it is about several many issues all connected and tied together.
Once during my coaching session,my coachee who I was coaching for close to more than 6 months ,found himself stuck into something not related to the issue he was being coached upon,but since everything is connected , I told him we need to slightly take a detour and then when we together did a few deep dive sessions , was able to connect the dots which brought the gap(issue) on the surface .
Outcome/Result : The coach program was for career transition but the underlying issue that surfaced was a dreadful experience of a recent past.
The shift began when the connect was understood and a solution emerged.
Coaching can be very powerful and effective ,especially when we use expertise of systems thinking and find the underlying connect .
