When people ask you how you feel it's never straight forward with me. I have hundreds of different emotions and thoughts running through my mind all at once. They are usually conflicting emotions so I end up with one side of my brain arguing with the other. So when people say "don't let it bother you" or "just forget about it" if doesn't work that easily. So the instability of my emotions and the fact they are always in overdrive means that when something happens that causes a strong emotional response such as being jealous or feeling left out can snowball all of the emotions I'm currently experiencing all react and what would seem like a small incident blows out of proportion as I can't cope with more. It's the same as a bottle that's already full getting filled with more water so it over flows and everything comes out at once. It's not over reacting I'm just overloaded. I'm sorry i need to get it out my head may explode xo
