hey, I'm having a really hard time writing in third person and the difficulty with first person what do you think is best (I only write from the POV of my MC)and do you have any tips

Have you tried them all? There’s always that terrible, rare, second option.
‘You sit at your computer, your hands resting on the sticky keyboard. Hesitantly you write a word, and then backspace it. Write a word, and then back space it. Write a word. Your hand hovers over the button. You can see your finger twitching as you lower it slightly, slowly. Suddenly you repeatedly smash the backspace with a fever you didn’t know you had in you. The cursor blinks at the beginning of the empty blank space. You continue to sit.’
sorry about that, my hand slipped ;) I think you should play around with different perspectives, and see which one flows. Writing isn’t easy, and struggling with it is good. That means you are paying attention. You’ve got this, write it however it comes to you. Jump between points of view. There are no rules. You can always edit later. Get your story out first.
