My personal vision for the human forms of the birds is that they're varying levels of harpy-like. Visibly monstrous enough to where you'd stare and nod and be like "yeah. thats not a human lmao."

For Albert, he's the perfect blend of human and bird. Can hide his features as he pleases, but has a lot of traits similar to that of your average crow. He likes collecting trinkets and giving trinkets to people, he enjoys mischief, he's capable of mimicking accents due to how important accents are for crows, etc.

Crooked man character (I think his name will be Alex)

He's a regular guy who got stuck in a fucked up dimension that folded and crumpled up his body along with his cat and mouse.

(I really hope I didn't do that Marfan syndrome in horror trope with this guy or with that one barbie picture tho.

He's supposed to look like he got trapped in a nightmare dimension and the strain he went through transformed his body so impossibly beyond its limits that he probably can't survive long in the regular world anymore.

Also want to make it clear that when I tag body horror it's only for stuff that is impossible to exist in real life and would probably be painful. I'll never tag an image of a visibly disabled person as "body horror" and if I do then please call me out on it
