funniest thing to me about aftg is how terrible neil is at school. like obviously he spends the Vast Majority of the books under the impression that he's either going to book it halfway through the school year or be dead in less than five months so who gives a shit what his grades are?? but also it's sooooo funny how little effort he is putting into this. every scene of neil in class goes "he doodled fox paws on his notes and didn't learn anything" like neil. neil you do actually need to pass your classes. neil your gpa

actually the descole reveal makes all of miracle mask soooooo much funnier. imagine disguising yourself as one of your estranged little brothers childhood friends in order to get a mask that is already in your possession. also you are simultaneously manipulating one of your little brothers OTHER childhood friends into flooding a city. you get absolutely no benefits from any of this bc immediately after your plan finishes your father attacks you with a private militia and almost kills you. descole no-one is making you do any of this why are you making these choices
