Custom made Alaskan yellow cedar gates - install by @paper.and.wood at the #SKWalpolePergola project. He killed it. Here are a couple detail shots of the freestanding mahogany kitchenette that we built for one of our favorite customers. We milled all the mahogany in our little workshop and rounded everything over with a 1/16" router bit. We did this because our customer has some young and curious children and we didn't want them to be cut by any sharp edges. In this picture you can see the squared edges on the inside corners where the two pieces bisect. Form follows function with our design and this detail allowed us to make sure there would be no sharp edges even if it's not the most elegant detail from 4 inches away.
