i think one of my favorite headcanons in the fandom is that mask/time was such a jealous shit of a child during the war of eras and lowkey still is as adult but way more embarrassed about how he acted. also that he has the protectiveness that a child has of their parent. i even have a concept fic titled "adopted son hates new bf" . anyway i need to write more of the two of them. maybe some warriors and twilight early in the journey and something something twilight is kinda jealous and confused of the relationship between them its just

twilight: is jealous of the parent child relationship they have becuase hes times descendent and wants a relationship like that

wind: you know thats not how it is right

warriors pointing at time: thats my son

time being a little shit points at both warriors and wind: thats my mom and thats my older brother

twilight: even more confused then before

i dont know why but i actually love the idea that warriors is younger then the chain thinks he is. like theyre all sitting here thinking this is a 26/27 year old adult with his life together even time and wind,neither knowing how long ago the war actually was for him, and in reality he just 20-22 doing his best at just turning legal age to do anything

so many of my au ideas/outlines are just me spreading my pretty princess warriors agenda. this was inspired by seeing all the royalty!legend headcanons and the headcanon hes lowkey wary of warriors due to his timeline killing any males born into the family. i seen those and i thought but wouldnt it be funny if warriors was royalty but never mentions it cause he doesnt want to be treated any differently. the killing of any male born royalty having been outlawed shortly after the timelines merged and is seen as a dark point in history. i have many and i mean many aus where this is a baseline, i just love the potential it has for angst on a lot of parts, and the humor it could bring to the table in different ways to reveal it.

but no seriously most of my aus use this unfortunately. i have twin sister artemis, big sister by a few years artemis, older then she looks mama artemis, oops i accidentally adopted my captain, hero of warriors and forgot to tell him artemis, and also could be a combo of any of these lost princess and no one knows until the last minute.i am determined to spread the pretty princess warriors agenda

piggy backing off my last two post i do kinda have a fic idea inspired by penelope and odysses, this is gonna be completely different then the edit ideas i had, again ill try to explain as coherently as i can sorry in advance. anyone is free to use this idea im probably never gonna get around to actually writing it myself

shortly after sealing DBK under a mountain, the celestial heavens(sorry im sleepy and i cant remember if thats the proper name) want to keep wukong on a leash and control him, to do this they come up with the plan to basically force him to marry a celestial and if he refuses there will be consequences for FFM, to avoid this he agrees on the condition that he doesnt have to choose a suitor until he has a fully trained successor, something he doesnt think would ever happen but he needs something to give him more time and freedom(hes still grieving macaque who he had been married to before their fight that killed him).

all the suitors come and go over the years(basically like once a year or so they all stay at FFM for a time and he has to spend time with them) and them he meets mk, who he honestly wants to be his successor, but hes still not ready to choose a suitor, so he does procrastinate as much as hes allowed with training mk, the celestials getting more and more impatient as mks power grows and wukong still hasnt declared him fully trained

and then everything with the LBD happens and macaque is back, but all that happens as canon so there a lot of tension, and wukong hasnt told anyone about the deal that the celestials bound him too.

maybe the crew and macaque dont learn about this deal until season 4 when azure lion finds out about it(or maybe they find out sooner or not until after season five idk lots of options) after killing the jade emperor and tries to uphold the deal be making himself the only suitor(we all know how some of these people get with wukong, hes to pretty for his own good), even after azure and the jade emperor are dead wukong is still bound by this deal, season 4 and 5 happen semi normally other then this being a background problem and maybe the suitors make a nuisance of themselves more during season 5 plot, but they really dont start putting the pressure on wukong until after the world is saved

something something macaque is the only exception to the rule of marrying outside the celestial suitors(since you know they were married before but he has to prove that to the magic or whatever that wukong is bound with), something something wukong makes a challenge for the suitors and they try to pull some stupid shit because they cant do the challenge and then macaque gets to go all odysses on their asses and wukong is falling in love all over again from the sidelines, something something forgiving eachother of past mistakes and they live happily ever after,

basically a lot of angst, and comfort and found family bonding with wukong and crew, shadowpeach reconciliation, cause as much as i love the shadowpeach aspect of this, i love the crew/mk trying to help and comfort and getting mad on his behalf just as much, also yes both mk and the other monkeys are technically in the place of telemachus in this

hidden au wukong absolutely has one of these shirts he wears to embarrass mk(hes slipped and called him that before). and unfortunately for wukong this is the first thing macaque sees him in when he comes back during his spying, wukong doesnt even know until macaque brings it up way later(rip wukong)

dare i say formal/festival ready sunny(any of the aus really)

in general i think his wodrobe is a mix of western modern(like his hoodie and skirt/shorts combos), different types of hanfu and modern traditional looks like this

honestly now im kinda seriously considering that maybe he does modeling on social medias(we all know hes pretty enough to), something that would give him independence and a job of his own but not take to much of a toll on his health. and since its through social media it doesnt bother his stage fright to badly, and he'd be able to manage his own hours for when hes not feeling the best. and also gives him the freedom to still pursue his other hobbies, like his art that he would also post to the social media, maybe he does a bit of clothes designing of his own. mei would also very obviously be a part of this, she would absolutely help him set up the account and be his photographer, he absolutely started out modeling the clothes she didnt want and gave to him. macaque somehow finds out about this and gets a phone and social media for the sole purpose of following sunny, he absolutely started following it when he was still trying to kill them, you know because it was his job to know what they were planning and for no other reason

had a little funny thought but i think wukongs powers act up and out of wack when pregnant(in any au not just the bio mom au) and i imagine situations like this happening

edit: wukongs powers basically act up like this for at least the first 3-4 months while they slowly fade until he cant use them at all from the baby absorbing them(which basically starts the moment of conception, its just so slow at first its not noticeable)
