The English dub of the anime has some interesting stuff regarding its theme songs; of course, for most of its run, the theme song was Yo-kai Watch (feat. Swampy Marsh). However, for the first nine episodes, every episode has the Gera Gera Po Song as the theme song. After and including Episode 10, every even numbered episode has Yo-kai Watch (feat. Swampy Marsh) as its theme song, while odd numbered ones have the Gera Gera Po Song.

However, Episode 17 is the last episode in the dub to use the Gera Gera Po Song, as it was permanently replaced with Yo-kai Watch (feat. Swampy Marsh), which was then used for the rest of the series' run. Funnily enough though, in the Japanese version, Gera Gera Po is the theme song up until Episode 36 as well as in Episode 50, and is later used in Yo-kai Watch♪, as well as being the opening theme song for Yo-kai Watch 4.
