Just feel like it is a little disingenuous to say it's not at least legally dubious content, and to encourage that type of content. F-List and AO3 are both operating on US standards..just pretty weird to me that both companies are willing to back that stuff up. (I don't know if there are others outside of those two, and didn't even know F-List was an rp site until like, a few weeks ago lol) But thank you for the answer, for the record though I think Steve is making the right call in regards to his own site as an owner, and for users

Sucking someone's dick was legally dubious in the US until 1998. You can get in trouble for owning more than three dildos in some states. AO3 is also not a company. OTW is a nonprofit organization that runs AO3. F-list is also not a company, it's a website run by Dragonfruit Ventures, which is a subsidiary of Bad Dragon Enterprises. So you can get out of here with your faux-legal jargon when you don't even know what you're talking about, especially because legality =/= morality and there are plenty of organizations and companies willing to challenge unjust laws and ideas like Dragonfruit and OTW.

And clearly whatever call Steve is making isn't going so well considering the website is literally crashing and burning and not even up. Make whatever call y'all want to for your dog shit website. I jumped ship years ago.
